Do you ship worldwide?

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests after this timeframe cannot be accommodated. However, you can return your order for a full refund once it is received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed and shipped out from our warehouse between Monday and Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing, and orders will be shipped the following business day. Note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically take 2-4 weeks to arrive due to high demand and international shipping.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us for assistance.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
The prices on our site are tax-free in CAD. You may be responsible for paying import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon your order’s arrival, as determined by your local customs office. These charges are not covered by Magnavisia. Please contact your local customs office for more details.

If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, please email us with your order number, photos of the item(s), and relevant details. We’ll work to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For credit or debit card payments, refunds typically take 7-10 business days to appear on your account after we process the return or cancellation. If you haven’t received your refund, contact your bank or credit card company for further details.
